UP B.ed Counselling 2018 – JEE B.ed Seat allotment, Call Letter & Schedule:  The University of Lucknow is the responsible authority who had conducted the JEE B.Ed. 2018 on 11th April 2018 at various selected places over the UP and now after releasing the result they had uploaded the merit list online of the candidates those have been qualified the exam with required marks and now waiting for the counseling schedule. The complete Counselling Schedule as well Guidelines JEE B.Ed. 2018 has been uploaded online on Lucknow University website http://www.lkouniv.ac.in. In this counseling which is going to be conducted as per below-provided schedule, only those candidates who make it to the Uttar Pradesh JEE B.ED 2018 Merit List are entitled to participate.

UP JEE B.ed Counselling 2018 

The B.Ed. 2018 online counselling Phase-I for 1 to 25000 ranks has been commenced from 1st June 2018 to 3rd June 2018. After completed the allotted rounds the counseling for rest round will commence. The entire details and process for the counselling schedule have been uploaded on the Lucknow University website (www.lkouniv.ac.in).

UP B.Ed Counselling 2018

It is mandatory for every candidate to attend the counseling session as per their rank. The University of Lucknow has published the Counselling Schedule and Guidelines for JEE B.Ed. 2018 on its official website. The counselling for the JEE B.Ed. 2018  is going to be conducted from 1st June 2018. This time the counseling has been scheduled for various rounds which are described below:

Requirements for Appearing in UP B.Ed Counselling 2018

Applicants those are going to attend the counselling would be must have the Bank Account Details of Candidates name or their parents’ name along with Account number, IFSC code, Bank name and Branch of the bank.

If candidates are not provided the seat in the counselling the advance college fee which has been paid in 1st round counselling and entire college fee deposited in pool counselling will be returned to this provided Bank Account.

Candidates those had mentioned that they are appearing in the qualifying examination in 2018 mandatory to upload their qualifying examination Passing Certificates /Mark Sheet scanned copy at the time of online registration for counselling.

UP B.Ed Seat Allotment Schedule

Before going to participate in the Uttar Pradesh JEE B.ED 2018 Counselling you must visit at the official website and check your rank by using your personal credential. The process which needs to be followed by applicants for UP B.Ed. Counselling 2018 

  1. First Counselling:

Step I: Registration:  The counseling for the said program has been divided into several phases on the basis of state rank. Applicants have to check their announced state rank and attend the counseling as per particular phase.

  • Aspirants have to log in to the official web portal using their login details.
  • Now applicants have to fill the bank account details.
  • Candidates attended the qualifying examination need to enter the marks & upload the scanned copy of the said mark sheet.

Step 2: Counselling & Advance College fee Payment:  After completed the Registration candidates have to pay Rs. 5750/- (Rs. 750/- as counseling fee & Rs. 5000/- as advance College/Institution fee) via accepted online modes including Debit Card, Credit Card and net banking only. The advance College/Institution fee of Rs. 5000 will be refunded in case the candidate is not allotted a seat after deducting the counseling fee of Rs. 750/-.

Step 3: Choice Filling:

  • Candidates those have registered for B.Ed. Counselling 2018 have to fill their choices as per their preferences.
  • Candidates are educated to give numerous choices as they wish.
  • In case lower rank applicants they have to give more choices to evade the rejection in seat allotment.
  • Applicants must save their choices filled throughout the choice filling.
  • Applicants need to ensure their choice as after locked it can’t be changed anymore.

Step 4: College Allotment: Applicants can check the seat allotment from the official website. Seat allotment in the College will be done on the basis of state rank of the candidate secured on the basis of performance done in JEE B.Ed. 2018 as well as preference filled by applicants during counselling. Aided & Government colleges will follow the State reservation policy as per norms.

Step 5: Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter Download:  The Applicants who have been allotted the college/seat requested to download Provisional Allotment/Confirmation letter of the JEE B.Ed. 2018 from the official website. Now applicants have to pay them as per norms.

Step 6: Report to Allotted College/Institution:  

  • The candidates those have been allotted the college need to report at allotted college/institution within 7 days from the allotment date along with entire original documents and allotment cum confirmation letter.
  • The concerned authority/ Principal will physically verify the original documents of the allotted college/institution.
  • If the documents/certificate of applicants is not as per policy or not valid by the college authority, the application of applicants will be canceled.

Documents required for reporting: Candidates must carry the originals, as well as 1 self, attested Xerox copy of the below-given documents:

  • Entire Mark Sheets/Certificates of Qualifying Examination.
  • Category, subcategory and weight Certificates in original in the prescribed format.
  • Copies of the Fees Receipts
  • Copy of Application form,
  • Copy of Admit Card
  • Copy of scorecard of the J.E.E. B.Ed. 2018.
  • Original photo ID issued by Government.
  • Printout of the provisional Allotment/Confirmation letter from Lucknow University Web Portal.
  • Proof of Date of Birth: Class 10th Certificate
  • 2 passport sized photographs
  1. Pool Counselling: After completing the 1 round of counselling, the authority will organize pool counseling to fill the vacant seats in colleges.

Pool Step 1 Registration:

  • For this counselling the applicants who have not attended the 1st round of counseling or rejected or not allotted seat in any college in the 1st round or fail to take admission against the allotted seat will be entitled.
  • Candidates have to log in using their credentials and register online for counseling and need to pay the registration amount and requested college/institution fee & fill the choices.
  • Now applicants have to fill the bank account details.
  • Candidates attended the qualifying examination need to enter the marks & upload the scanned copy of the said mark sheet.

Pool Step 2 Counselling and Full College fee payment: The Counselling fee for this round is Rs. 750.00/- non-refundable. The applicants have to also pay Rs. 51250.00/- (Rs. 5000.00/- for candidates belonging to SC and ST those have selected for 0 fees) as full college/institution fee. This fee will not be returned under any circumstances if the applicant is allotted a college.

  • Candidates those have registered for B.Ed Counselling 2018 have to fill their choices as per their preferences.
  • Candidates are educated to give numerous choices as they wish.
  • In case lower rank applicants they have to give more choices to evade the rejection in seat allotment.

  • The candidates those have been allotted the college need to report at allotted college/institution within 4 days from the allotment date along with entire original documents and allotment cum confirmation letter.
  • The concerned authority/ Principal will physically verify the original documents of the allotted college/institution.
  • If the documents/certificate of applicants is not as per policy or not valid by the college authority, the application of applicants will be canceled.

  1. Direct Admission: The Direct Admission round of counseling will be performed at the college level
  • The candidates who have possesses a valid state rank can participate in this round of counselling.
  • The applicants who participated in the J.E.E. B.Ed. 2018 and enrolled in the waitlisted pool & not allotted the admission in any Institution or College may elect to attend directly to the colleges as per their choice wherever the seats are available.
  • The candidates who have not admitted to any college in 1st counselling or pool counselling or not participated in the counselling process are only eligible to attend this round.
  • The school will confirm the hopeful’s Details from Lucknow University site and give direct admission to competitors according to the norms set by the concerned authority.
  • The fee needs to be deposited at the allotted college level.
